1. when discrimination prevails ... someone trying to invite members in joining the club ... but obviously limits the club to members useful to him or his cohorts ... when every member of the group thinks that their bikes are above the rest ... taking exclusivity of bikes into the club limits the friendship they should have made with others ... non-members are left to stay outside the perimeter of the group ... when a member disposes his bike, he is instantly ejected from the group ... not taking into consideration the number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years he has become loyal to the club, the contributions he has laid for the club ...

2. when someone points accusing fingers on others ... without pointing that finger to himself ... someone crying foul ... someone begging for camaraderie ... but unknowingly divides the group because of side comments which dishonors the club ...

3. when money matters abound ... every move of the group becomes an income generator ... sticker printing, t shirt printing, membership, monthly contributions ... and when you do not get the merchandise they are selling, you hear a lot of a invectives ... the group becomes more of a corporation ... then the officers should apply to be the incorporators ... when individual members of the club start selling their wares - the group becomes a market for them ... when these people finds sponsors, for their own sake ...

4. when the irrational thinking of one becomes the rational thinking of the many ... the group tolerates unsafe friendly competitions with other groups ... exposing the group to negative publicity ... then the group becomes more of a gangster ... rather than a brotherhood ...

5. when someone carries his own bench ... getting all the credits in forming the group ... hot air completely filled his head ... remember no single person has formed a club ... man .. he's so pathetic ...

6. when the club has no leadership because it believes that all members are leaders and none are followers ... or when all are followers of a club where no one is leading ... the group loses site of a common goal ... because everybody thinks he's leading the group ... pathetic unorganized group ..

7. when all the activities are based on the positions of the stars ... or the moods of the supposed leaders ... many clubs are based on the notion of "impulsive" decisions ... taking pride in hasty and oftentimes proven incorrect judgment or decisions ...
